Craven Creek is one of the best. I had an emergency with my dog. He was having an attack of Pancreatitis, my vet couldn't take him. Called Craven Creek and they said bring him right in. He ended up staying the night and getting the treatments he needed. I will always be grateful for their desire to help my precious dog.

Thank you Dr. Mills and all the staff for providing our dachshund with amazing medical care. We were visiting our daughter in Greenville when our pup needed an emergency appointment. Craven Creek gave us an appointment shortly after we called. Everyone was so kind and compassionate. The front desk employees even reached out to our home vet for records. Dr. Mills and Anna gave our baby a thorough evaluation and provided the medications needed for her to heal. She was already acting more like herself that afternoon. I will always be grateful for the medical care and kindness from Dr. Mills and the Craven Creek staff. If we lived in the area, Craven Creek would definitely be the veterinary practice that we would choose for our Hokie.
